Casey County Bank now offers a 24 hour
telephone banking system for our customers. With this
automated system you can call 7 days a week for:
- ACCOUNT BALANCES
- A LIST OF YOUR ACH’S
- DEPOSITS TO YOUR ACCOUNT
- CHECKS THAT HAVE CLEARED
- LOAN BALANCES
- CD BALANCES
- CD RATES

TELEPHONE BANKING MENU GUIDE
The Casey County Bank is pleased to offer our customers
free Telephone Banking. We realize that many of our
customers are unable to call about their accounts during
our regular business hours. Many employers now “Direct
Deposit” payroll checks and most social security
checks are also deposited in this manner. Telephone
Banking will allow you to call anytime, day or night,
to check on a deposit, withdrawal or obtain other information.
For example: If you have forgotten to record the amount
of a check in your register and the bank is closed all
you have to do is call, follow a few simple steps and
if the check has cleared our new system will provide
the information you seek. If you have multiple checking
or savings accounts, the 24 Hour Telephone Banking System
will also allow you to transfer money from one account
to another. We have outlined these options plus additional
information you can obtain, on the back of this notice.
TO OBTAIN THIS FREE SERVICE:
If you wish to sign up for this service a form is available
for download above for you to complete. Please include
the information for the accounts that you wish to access
by our 24 Hour Telephone Banking Service then sign the
form and return it to the Casey County Bank.
After we receive your completed form, the accounts you
have selected will be activated. Your initial pin number
will be the last 4 digits of the social security number
for the first person listed on the account. Upon your
initial call to check the balance on your account(s),
you will be prompted to change your pin number which
must continue to be 4 digits. You may use the same pin
number for all of your accounts.
You do not have to sign up to obtain our CD rates or
Community Service. Just call 787-8394 and ask for “telephone
banking” or you can call 787-8398 to go directly
to an option for telephone banking. On your phone’s
keypad select “2” for current interest rates
or “3” for community service information.
